About the role
- Preparation of order confirmations and independent handling of delivery orders
- Independent management and monitoring of the entire ordering process
- Monitoring and adjustment of payment plans in SAP — always timely and precise
- Coordination of transport and installation orders, including use of our transport management system
- Project controlling: schedule and cost monitoring, reporting and KPI analysis
- Review, approval and tracking of incoming invoices, including change order management
- Close cooperation with project management in organizing construction sites
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, freight forwarding clerk, or merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management, ideally with experience in project execution or order processing & logistics
- Motivated career changers are also welcome
- Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Strong organizational skills, team-oriented and a quick learner
- Solution-focused mindset, clear communication and enjoyment of customer contact
