About the role
- Lead all engineering efforts from project kick off to site handover
- Act as the technical single point of contact for integrator and end user engineering teams
- Contribute to internal and external project kick off meetings
- Review and analyze internal and customer-provided technical documentation and data
- Coordinate the creation of assembly drawings and PE stamped drawings
- Provide necessary information to order processing and support project design
Requirements
- Technical Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering, or a related field
- Multiple years of experience in post-sale engineering in the material handling/warehousing industry working with automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) is strictly required
- Skilled in mechanical and robotic system design
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar software
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and project management skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience
