About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Raise awareness and generate interest for AvaSure through cold calling, emails, and messaging through LinkedIn to prospective customers
  • Schedule initial discovery calls for AvaSure Sales Executives and do research on the accounts and people you are reaching out to
  • Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 80-100 calls that leads to 20 discovery calls executed
  • Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the BDR role
  • Strategize with the sales and marketing team on new campaigns that will help generate new leads
  • Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices
  • Update Dynamics 365 daily including lead records, activity notes, account notes, etc.
  • Create email and call campaigns and execute them within the sales automation platform or CRM
  • Stay up to date with new products, services, pricing, etc. that AvaSure has to offer
  • Be accountable for meeting monthly sales quotas
  • Participating in sales meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Some college preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or marketing preferred
  • Have worked on sales teams in the past or have a passion for sales or customer success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus
  • Experience working in CRMs and sales automation tools is a plus
