• The Integration Product Launch Engineer is responsible for leading cross‑functional teams through the planning and execution of new product and feature releases, ensuring organizational readiness, market validation, and successful deployment.
• This role also provides technical expertise in deploying and developing new integrations and ensuring seamless system integration across healthcare environments.
• Define launch objectives aligned with organizational strategic goals and translate them into clear, actionable plans.
• Work with cross-functional teams to create project charters outlining scope, timelines, stakeholders, and resource needs for new product or feature releases.
• Lead cross functional launch teams, establishing effective collaboration practices, communication cadence, and accountability.
• Gather customer and IT feedback during Limited Release or early deployments to inform product enhancements and documentation updates.
• Support the creation of internal and external training material by partnering with Product Marketing, Clinical Education, Customer Care, and other teams.
• Define integration requirements and collaborate with internal and client teams to clarify needs and expectations.
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and creation of technical specification documents.
• Participate in the full SDLC for interfaces, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Build and support HL7 and other interfaces, including message mapping, transformations, and troubleshooting.
• Perform system and integration testing and collaborate with application teams on issue resolution.

Integration Product Launch Engineer

Customer Success Manager

• Own customer outcomes across a portfolio of accounts.
• Lead strategic planning sessions and business reviews.
• Lead customer onboarding, adoption, and engagement milestones.
• Build strong relationships across operational and managerial levels.
• Track adoption and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner across functions to resolve issues and surface enhancements.
• Promote customer advocacy (references, case studies, etc.).
• Support growth by identifying upsell or expansion potential.
• Deliver on performance targets tied to retention, expansion, and CSAT and NPS.
