About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Use in-depth knowledge of NetSuite to manage and maintain the financial system, including data entry, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Accurately record and process financial transactions, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute various financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements.
- Work closely with other departments to address financial queries and support budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Proactively identify financial discrepancies, issues, or inefficiencies and work with the finance team to resolve them effectively.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong experience working with NetSuite, including data entry and system maintenance.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Experience in working in a high-volume admin.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Experience with Sage 200.
- Experience with MS office, particularly Excel and Word essential.
