Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a quantum-safe initiative from assessment to execution-oriented planning
Coordinate and guide a team of subject matter experts within cryptography and related areas
Structure the work needed to inventory the current state of cryptos and ciphers
Turn findings into a practical strategy and roadmap aligned with business and compliance needs
Create clarity across stakeholders and keep the project moving forward in a structured way
Support decision-making by presenting progress, priorities and next steps at an executive level

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience working in senior project management roles
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across specialist and stakeholder groups
A structured way of working, with strong focus on planning, follow-up and clear communication
Experience leading complex initiatives that involve multiple experts and dependencies
Ability to drive work from analysis and inventory through to strategy and roadmap
Professional proficiency in Swedish and English
Experience or knowledge of working with cryptos and ciphers (nice to have)
Previous experience working as a project manager in a banking environment (nice to have)
