About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take technical ownership of scalable partner services in an AWS-based full-stack environment with TypeScript, Node.js and React
  • Help shape and scale partner-enabled digital services and the technical foundation behind them.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects, project managers, developers, designers, product managers, business analysts, and UI/UX specialists to turn needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Drive technical work together with the Project Manager and Solution Architect, taking ownership of development activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and evolve partner solutions, reusable components, service enablers, and APIs across back-end and front-end applications.
  • Translate business and product needs into scalable technical solutions and help ensure smooth integration between systems.
  • Support architectural design and contribute to the technical roadmap with a focus on scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications.
  • Lead through hands-on coding, code reviews, technical guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Help establish and maintain coding standards, testing strategies, and engineering best practices to secure high quality and reliable delivery.
  • Work with automated testing and performance optimization to improve stability and user experience.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and patterns that support the wider development team.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing through workshops and onboarding support for new team members.
  • Explore and apply modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development, to improve productivity and delivery quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A university degree in a relevant field
  • Several years of experience in complex software development
  • Strong experience with TypeScript and modern full-stack application development
  • Deep expertise in AWS, including serverless architectures and cloud-native services
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js
  • Experience working with Infrastructure as Code
  • Ability to take ownership and move development forward in collaboration with architects and project leads
  • Interest in AI and modern engineering practices that improve productivity and speed up delivery
  • Ability to explain and discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Valid work permit, where applicable
  • Ability to complete a background check before start.
