About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop the project teams you manage within bus chassis and field quality assignments
- Facilitate root cause analysis and help the team define the underlying cause of issues
- Set the time plan together with the team and make sure the work progresses according to plan
- Coordinate and secure the introduction of solutions developed by your teams
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across field quality, procurement, design, production and suppliers
- Contribute to improvement work related to tools and processes to increase efficiency and shorten lead times for customers
- Support market actions together with the field quality department when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- MSc or BSc degree
- 4-6 years’ experience in product development including project management
- Previous experience from working as a Project or Assignment Manager with this end client
- Fluent English
- Structured, proactive and comfortable taking initiative
- Collaborate well with others, communicate clearly and are also confident working independently
- Nice to have: Project management education or certification
- Previous experience from working within Red Arrow or within the bus organization at the end client
- Swedish language skills
