About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead AI transformation and value realization in a complex manufacturing environment
- Own and develop the governance calendar, decision forums, meeting formats, and escalation paths for the AI capability function
- Drive value tracking and executive reporting, turning programme progress into clear business narratives
- Coordinate across business divisions, group functions, and IT to remove bottlenecks
- Assess and improve the value realization framework, including tools, templates, and ways of working
- Refine operational processes such as intake, prioritization, deployment tracking, and benefits realization
- Develop benchmarks, business cases, success metrics, use cases, and roadmaps that connect AI investment to measurable value
- Build alignment with function leaders, prioritize initiatives and ensure the portfolio becomes a coherent transformation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8-10+ years in management consulting, programme management, or transformation leadership
- Experience leading large-scale digital or AI transformation programmes in complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong senior-level PMO and governance background, including governance design, reporting, and stakeholder management
- Ability to operate confidently with C-suite and Group Management stakeholders
- Good understanding of AI/ML technologies in a business operations context, with breadth over depth
- Experience building project plans, business cases, roadmaps, benchmarks, and value tracking models for transformation initiatives
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to write and present with clarity and conviction
- Fluent Swedish and strong written and spoken English
