Key responsibilities & impact

Help shape how cybersecurity is understood, communicated, and embedded in everyday work across a large enterprise environment
Contribute to the development of security culture and awareness approaches
Strengthen learning and communication practices
Support initiatives that reduce human-related security risk
Work close to security leadership and play an important part in turning complex security topics into practical, effective actions for the wider organization
Support incident-related communication from a culture and awareness perspective

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
4+ years of experience in security culture, awareness, learning, or communications in an enterprise environment
Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk and human factors
Proven ability to influence without formal authority
Experience mentoring others and leading complex initiatives
Nice to have: SANS SSAP, Advanced awareness or human risk training, Prosci, Behavioral science short courses
