About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive enablement activities for newly introduced AI platforms and services.
- Create onboarding material, usage guidelines, service documentation, and operational playbooks.
- Help establish robust, scalable, and reusable AI services and ways of working.
- Support coordination between technical teams, platform owners, governance functions, and business stakeholders.
- Assist with project management and execution within AI enablement initiatives.
- Support rollout planning, user onboarding, communication, and adoption activities.
- Contribute to standardization, governance alignment, and improvements in service maturity.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen operational models, support structures, and the user experience around AI services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working with AI platforms, Generative AI solutions, or digital enablement initiatives.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to create structured onboarding material, documentation, and user guidance.
- Experience supporting rollout and adoption of new systems or services.
- Understanding of scalable service delivery and operational processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently in fast-changing environments.
- Experience with enterprise collaboration and productivity tools.
