Project Manager – Vehicle Development

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and drive development and collaboration projects in a cross-functional setup.
- Turn body builder knowledge, including BBM and BBMQA, into clear and structured input for internal teams.
- Contribute to project planning, follow-up, and reporting related to scope, time, and cost.
- Identify risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement and help move actions forward.
- Facilitate collaboration, information flow, and problem solving between functions and external partners.
- Support education and knowledge transfer toward body builder partners.
- Contribute where needed across several areas of the complete vehicle.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar roles.
- Background in technical, development, or industrial environments.
- Experience working in cross-functional settings with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience from the bus, automotive, or heavy vehicle industry, preferably bus.
- Fluent English and Swedish, spoken and written.
