About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and drive development and collaboration projects in a cross-functional environment
Translate body builder knowledge such as BBM and BBMQA into structured input for internal teams
Contribute to project planning, follow-up, and reporting related to scope, time, and cost
Help identify risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement
Facilitate collaboration, information flow, and problem-solving across functions
Support education and knowledge transfer towards external body builder partners
Contribute where needed in a deliberately broad role covering several areas of the complete vehicle

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Approximately 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar roles
Experience from technical, development, or industrial environments
Experience working in cross-functional settings
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at the same time
Experience from the bus, automotive, or heavy vehicle industry
Fluent English and Swedish, both spoken and written
A practical and self-driven way of working, with the ability to move work forward independently
Ability to complete a background check before the assignment starts
