About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain backend services in Java and Spring Boot for business-critical solutions
Work with databases and integrations, including REST APIs, Kafka, and file-based connections to legacy systems
Contribute to batch-oriented development where Spring Batch, Apache Camel, and stored procedures are part of the landscape
Help modernize runtime environments and support the move toward Kubernetes and a more modern platform setup
Collaborate closely with other developers and teams in a SAFe setup, while also driving your work independently after onboarding
Work in an environment with established CI/CD, monitoring, and logging practices using tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Splunk, Grafana, and AppDynamics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–10+ years of experience in backend development
Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot
Solid experience working with databases
Experience in Spring Batch, or a strong background in batch-oriented development
Ability to work independently after the introduction period
Experience collaborating effectively in a team-based setup such as SAFe
Fluent English.
