About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead sub-projects tied to production development, factory relocation, and industrialization
Drive the introduction of new products into manufacturing and help ensure smooth implementation in production
Plan, execute, and follow up on project activities with a clear focus on delivery, progress, and quality
Manage risks, align stakeholders, and create structure across parallel workstreams
Coordinate cross-functional teams with internal specialists from several technical disciplines as well as external consultants
Secure alignment with related sub-projects and the line organization
Collaborate with global robotics teams and contribute to a shared way of working across the wider program

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience working as a Project Manager in an industrial environment
Comfortable leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and technical interfaces
Hands-on experience with planning, execution, follow-up, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Experience driving delivery in projects related to production development, factory initiatives, or industrialization
Fluent in English.
