About the role
- Design and develop digital learning solutions within cybersecurity culture and awareness.
- Analyze learning needs and translate them into clear learning objectives and desired behavioral outcomes.
- Create learning concepts, storyboards, and interactive training content together with subject matter experts.
- Develop and test nano-learning and e-learning modules, then refine the content based on feedback.
- Evaluate training materials and continuously improve them to increase clarity, engagement, and effect.
- Create other digital communication materials, such as intranet content.
- Help structure and drive your work in a project-based environment with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in designing and developing digital learning solutions.
- Experience in learning needs analysis and defining learning objectives.
- Knowledge of user-centered design and pedagogical methodology.
- Strong skills in interactive and visual design.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools, for example Easygenerator.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to plan and structure your work in a project-based environment.
