About the role

  • Drive digital and AI initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Lead structured workshops to identify AI opportunities and build a prioritized backlog.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable solution requirements.
  • Guide cross-functional teams toward value-driven outcomes.
  • Manage and optimize the application portfolio.
  • Ensure alignment with existing platforms, data architecture, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead change management efforts and support user adoption.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and value realization to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Product Owner, Digital Lead, or in a similar role in large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML use cases, data analytics, and modern cloud technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across both business and IT domains.
  • Strong Agile background, including certifications and several years of practical experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, a structured mindset, and a strong focus on business value delivery.
  • Fluent Swedish and English.
