About the role

  • Coordinate Pre-PI planning across Value Coordination Flows.
  • Align change request content to secure readiness and feasibility from systemization through integration and verification.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate key meetings and ceremonies in the release process.
  • Act as a central coordination point between function architects, technical system owners, vehicle function owners, RTEs, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters.
  • Monitor integration points and visualize progress toward embedded milestones.
  • Support development flows and contribute to efficient, high-quality releases of customer applications.
  • Drive continuous improvement in release processes, documentation, task tracking, and team enablement.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in coordination, planning, or release management in complex technical environments.
  • Experience working in Agile and Lean environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure complex work across multiple teams and timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using Jira for workflow management and progress tracking.
  • A proactive, structured, and ownership-driven way of working with strong delivery focus.
  • Fluent English and Swedish.
