About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Du driver hela UX-processen från insiktsarbete till färdiga lösningsförslag.
  • Du planerar och genomför användarintervjuer, användbarhetstester och workshops.
  • Du tar fram användarflöden, wireframes, detaljskisser och prototyper.

  • Du samlar in och analyserar användarinsikter samt tar fram beslutsunderlag och visuella artefakter.
  • Du stöttar produktägare i användarcentrerade arbetssätt och bidrar strategiskt, verksamhetsmässigt och tekniskt i utvecklingen av tjänsterna.
  • Du arbetar nära utvecklingsteam, produktägare, produktexperter, verksamhetsrepresentanter och slutanvändare.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Du har minst 6 års erfarenhet av att arbeta genom hela designprocessen i en kombinerad UI/UX-roll.
  • Du har minst 6 års erfarenhet av tillgänglighet och inkluderande design samt god kunskap om WCAG.
  • Du har minst 6 års erfarenhet av att designa gränssnitt med hög teknisk komplexitet och strikta säkerhetskrav.
  • Du har minst 6 års erfarenhet av att designa gränssnitt för verksamhetskritiska system.
  • Du har erfarenhet av att leda UX-arbete i större projekt.
  • Du har erfarenhet av att ta fram användarstöd och handledningsmaterial, exempelvis instruktionsfilmer.
  • Du har god förståelse för identitetshantering och behörighetsstyrning.
  • Du kan kommunicera på svenska i tal och skrift.
  • Du har minst 3 års erfarenhet av designverktyget Figma.
