About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and coordinate the ERP replacement project across sales, supply chain, finance and IT delivery teams
  • Establish and maintain the overall project plan, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, decision points and resource needs
  • Drive scope clarification and ensure business requirements, process impacts and technical dependencies are understood and documented
  • Coordinate solution analysis and decision preparation with business representatives, solution architects, process owners and vendors
  • Proactively manage project risks, issues and dependencies, including escalation to steering groups or senior stakeholders
  • Ensure structured governance, reporting and communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Plan and follow up on implementation, testing, data migration, integration, cutover and stabilization activities
  • Drive the project toward agreed outcomes while balancing business continuity, quality, cost and timeline considerations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager for complex business transformation or system replacement projects
  • Good understanding of business processes in sales, supply chain and finance, and how these are supported by ERP systems
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors, integrations and cross-functional dependencies
  • Ability to structure and drive requirements, solution design, testing, data migration, cutover planning and operational readiness
  • Strong project governance skills, including planning, reporting, risk management, issue management and stakeholder escalation
  • Comfortable working in English
  • Experience from ERP implementation, ERP replacement or ERP transition assignments is nice to have
