About the role

  • Lead the deployment of our multi-tenant SaaS application on AWS.
  • Lead our DevOps engineering team.
  • Design and oversee end-to-end architecture of global AWS environments using a Standardize-First approach.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) engineers.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance assessments, and technical coaching.
  • Perform daily hands-on AWS tasks required for project delivery.
  • Lead large-scale infrastructure migrations and deployments using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of infrastructure milestones.
  • Define security standards (IAM, ACM, VPC Peering) and cost-optimization strategies (FinOps).

Requirements

  • Deep proficiency across the AWS portfolio, including but not limited to EKS, ECS, Lambda, CloudFront, VPC, ELB, API Gateway, and S3.
  • Proven track record building production-grade frameworks using Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) at scale, including Helm, service mesh, and advanced workflows with GitHub Actions.
  • High proficiency in Python for building custom tools and automation frameworks.
  • Certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (required).
  • Advanced Linux proficiency, including administration of Amazon Linux, CentOS, and Ubuntu.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Nice to have: Professional experience with GCP architecture and multi-cloud strategies.
