About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a large territory of customer accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact post-sale
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth
- Engage with clients through face-to-face meetings and digital channels
- Respond to inquiries and offer consultative guidance
- Execute sales strategies and generate performance reports
- Mentor less experienced sales representatives
- Contribute to regional sales strategy
- Handle negotiation, sale, installation, and delivery of products/services
Requirements
What you’ll need- College degree or equivalent/applicable experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a complex sales environment
- Proven track record of verifiable sales success
- Business-to-business sales experience
- Knowledge of solution-based selling approach
- Familiarity with selling processes such as SPIN, Challenger, Miller Heiman
- Proficient in technology platforms including Salesforce.com and Qlikview
- Experience in science or manufacturing research preferred
- Holder of a valid Driver's License
