About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create sustainable and profitable relationships with customers
- Drive demand creation activity in assigned territory and customer base
- Develop business pipeline in a healthy approach
- Gain new customers, penetrate hi-po accounts, maintain share in mature accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure sales targets are achievable
- Support sales management plans through customer relations and market penetration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent work experience
- 5 years of direct sales experience, focus on life science market are preferred
- Familiar with selling Laboratory Equipment and Consumables.
- Good written and spoken English skills required.
- Familiar with pharma and vaccine market on consumables.
- Proficient in MS office suite (Excel, Access, Word).
- Understanding of forecast and replenishment theory, obtained through APICS or similar training coursework.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, experience in a matrix environment desirable.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Solid knowledge and practical use of Forecasting and Inventory Planning tools, i.e. Logility, SAP, or equivalent.
- Mentor Buyer team.
