About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Executes day-to-day lab operations & support objectives at customer facilities
Tasks include end-to-end management of gas cylinders and liquid tanks, dry ice, and instrument buffers
Supporting quality control workflows by executing sampling
Collects, documents, and organizes data
Communicates activity records, service level metrics and other information
Implement the method transfer and validation experiment
Project preparation and following up the project progress
Communicate with customers
Provide training of test methods, MSDS to the lab and technical support during production sample analysis
Develop and validate the cleaning test method
