About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Executes day-to-day lab operations & support objectives at customer facilities
  • Tasks include end-to-end management of gas cylinders and liquid tanks, dry ice, and instrument buffers
  • Supporting quality control workflows by executing sampling
  • Collects, documents, and organizes data
  • Communicates activity records, service level metrics and other information
  • Implement the method transfer and validation experiment
  • Project preparation and following up the project progress
  • Communicate with customers
  • Provide training of test methods, MSDS to the lab and technical support during production sample analysis
  • Develop and validate the cleaning test method
