About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and lead the annual marketing plan by segment and workflow.
- Lead structured programs to collect and analyze customer feedback and publish actionable insight reports.
- Partner with Product Managers and technical marketing to design and execute launch strategies.
- Own the JT Baker® Strategy and narratives across all channels.
- Define and track marketing effectiveness metrics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related technical field required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing.
- Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and ABM programs.
- Strong background in developing go-to-market strategies and leading cross-functional launch execution.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into marketing programs that deliver measurable business results.
- Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to influence in a matrixed organization.
