Key responsibilities & impact

Drive high-impact, large-scale projects from concept to completion
Set project strategy, define scope, manage risks, and optimize resources
Lead vendor partnerships and align stakeholders
Develop and manage program roadmaps, budgets, resource plans, and timelines
Serve as the primary liaison between Q&R business stakeholders and IT
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, IT, and external partners
Track and report program progress, risks, issues, and outcomes to senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or related discipline
5+ years of progressive project/program management experience
3+ years managing large, cross-functional programs in a regulated environment
Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and digital transformation initiatives
Proficiency in software development practices such as Agile
Strong problem-solving and project management skills
Certification(s): Formal program/project management training or certification preferred
Proficiency with MS Office suite (MS Project experience highly desirable)
