About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide instructional and academic support to learners in courses
- Facilitate 1:1 coaching and consultation, instructional materials and resources, and office hours or group study sessions
- Build an online community conducive to learning
- Create learning resources using text, video, and technologies to engage learners
- Lead discussions and plan review sessions combining content with study strategies
- Assess learning through evaluations utilizing rubrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years of experience in the field as a BCBA required
- 1-3 years teaching experience at the graduate level, in an online environment preferred
- Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
