Key responsibilities & impact

Provide instructional and academic support to learners in courses
Facilitate 1:1 coaching and consultation, instructional materials and resources, and office hours or group study sessions
Build an online community conducive to learning
Create learning resources using text, video, and technologies to engage learners
Lead discussions and plan review sessions combining content with study strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of experience in the field as a BCBA required
1-3 years teaching experience at the graduate level, in an online environment preferred
Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant
Must be able to lift 25 lbs
