About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Intake and manage academic policy violation and appeal cases within Service Level Agreements
- Identify patterns and actions related to those patterns to assess and improve workflows
- Assist research/documentation projects
- Communicate and evaluate workflows
- Track workflows and provide feedback to staff on improvement/efficiency
- Schedule rooms and meetings
- Coordinate projects and workflows for rotation/schedules
- Perform other duties or projects as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in academic administration, advising, or transferable experience
- Microsoft Suite
- Zoom
- Basic Data entry
- FERPA or privacy training
- ERP Applications: SalesForce, PeopleSoft
- Able to work independently
- Able to prioritize work
- Able to remain flexible and shift focus as needed
- Able to function in an online education environment with little to no face-to-face interaction with students
- Able to work with a diverse student population
