About the role
- Provide individualized support to students in procuring SBL sites
- Serve as part of the student’s motivation and support system
- Facilitate all elements of the SBL journey for students and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress
- Develop and deliver training sessions and resources for students
- Handle highly escalated student issues with professionalism and empathy
- Manage inventory, pack and unpack test kits, and prepare for shipping
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in academic advising, student support services, or a similar role which requires multiple points of contact
- Experience working in higher education or with site-based learning programs
- Familiarity with educational policies and procedures
