About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support sales team with order processing, order follow-up, and contract coordination
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and logistics
- Assist with project tracking and cross-functional coordination
- Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation (Excel / Salesforce)
- Handle general administrative and operational support as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- 2+ years experience in sales support, operations, logistics, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up ability
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
