About the role

  • Develop, implement, and evolve Artificial Intelligence agents for automation of internal processes
  • Analyze existing workflows and routines, identifying opportunities for AI application
  • Integrate AI agents with systems and tools already used at Avantia
  • Collaborate with different areas of the company to understand needs and turn them into technological solutions
  • Document developed solutions, ensuring technical clarity and traceability
  • Actively participate in alignment and project follow-up meetings

Requirements

  • Degree in progress or completed in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
  • Knowledge of Python (primary language for AI development)
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and system integration
  • Interest in and/or initial experience with AI tools (LLMs, automation, agents)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • (optional) Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar)
  • (optional) Experience with tools like n8n, Make, or other automation platforms
  • (optional) Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
  • (optional) Experience with version control (Git)
  • (optional) Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
