About the role

  • Management of insurance policies and quotations (new and renewals);
  • Requesting purchases of pantry supplies and/or office materials;
  • Registration and/or adjustments in the travel booking system (Flytour);
  • Requesting reverse logistics services with the postal service (posting authorization) to facilitate returns of products or materials;
  • Registration and/or adjustments in the expense reporting system (Paytrack);
  • Review and/or approval in the expense reporting system (Paytrack);
  • Credit analysis queries for customers and/or suppliers using the Serasa credit database;
  • Management of credit cards;
  • Management of administrative payments (purchase requests/invoice measurements/contract reviews);
  • Calculation and/or control of commissions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skills, proactivity, results orientation, and a continuous improvement mindset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel;
  • Preferred qualifications: experience with ERP Protheus (TOTVS), postgraduate degree or MBA in a relevant area, and experience with BI/Analytics.
