About the role

  • Analyze requests and projects, translating business needs into clear and efficient process flows;
  • Act as a partner to business areas, providing support for back-office requests and contributing to continuous process improvement;
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for routines and processes, ensuring organization, standardization, and ease of understanding;
  • Define criteria and requirements for system integrations, supporting more robust and integrated solutions;
  • Evaluate and support the implementation of new modules and features, following projects from analysis through delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
  • Experience gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements in ERP environments;
  • Hands-on experience with Protheus (TOTVS) ERP, working with modules such as Finance, Tax, Purchasing, Billing, Accounting, and Payroll;
  • Knowledge of Protheus parameterization/configuration, business rules, and integrations;
  • Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and data exchange;
  • Strong analytical skills and a systems view of processes and systems;
  • Good communication skills to act as a bridge between business areas, IT, and vendors;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively;
  • Collaborative, consultative approach with a focus on continuous improvement;
  • Experience with project management based on PMI or agile methodologies is desirable;
