About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contract Drafting and Support: negotiate investment-related documents with lawyer supervision
Managing the prompt intake of new documents and working to tight turnaround times
Client Support: Setting up and coordinating client workflows and assisting with setting up portals and getting contracts signed and finalised
Team Collaboration: Working closely with our UK lawyers, support the lawyers with ad hoc work where necessary

Bachelor’s degree in law (or another discipline alongside a GDL/LPC)
At least 2 years’ experience working with a transactional or corporate practice group or in an in-house commercial legal team setting
Experience working with commercial contracts and drafting initial markups, particularly investment related NDAs.
Exposure to private markets highly desirable
