Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (T14 preferred).
- Active member of the New York Bar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in derivatives, structured finance, or related practice.
- Proven ability to handle complex deal documentation and client relationships.
- Law review, journal, or top-of-class academic standing strongly preferred.
- GPA 3.5 or higher.
