About the role

  • Drive and achieve monetization KPIs across all partner operations (conversion rate, revenue per lead, revenue per hour).
  • Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities to improve commercial efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Set performance objectives and ensure alignment with partners to meet business targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews with partners and enforce accountability through structured action plans.
  • Define and manage the overall sales enablement framework across partner sites.
  • Oversee the development, maintenance and governance of sales training materials, playbooks, scripts and call/chat workflows.
  • Ensure content is standardized, up-to-date and consistently deployed across all partners.
  • Lead the rollout of new monetization strategies, offers and campaigns via structured training programs.
  • Ensure partners are equipped to deliver effective training through their internal trainers and coaching teams.
  • Oversee the quality and consistency of training across partner sites.
  • Define training cadences, certification standards and agent onboarding frameworks.
  • Define and manage QA frameworks, scoring models and calibration processes related to sales and customer experience.
  • Identify behavioral gaps and drive targeted coaching strategies with partners.
  • Translate business objectives into clear, executable sales strategies at the agent level.
  • Work closely with the product and operations teams.

Requirements

  • University degree in business, marketing, sales or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in call center sales, monetization or CX performance
  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • Bilingual in French and English required
  • Strong background in sales performance management, training or enablement
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through indirect teams (partners)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with external partners or in BPO environments
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven settings.
