About the role

  • Designing innovative solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Recommending optimizations to existing technologies or the adoption of new technologies
  • Developing innovative solutions and high-level architecture blueprints based on existing tools
  • Confident planning, budgeting, and management of projects following agile working principles
  • Applying your in-depth expertise to customer requirements while collaborating with colleagues across different disciplines
  • Actively supporting presales and sales processes, for example by contributing to proposal creation
  • Managing customer interfaces in a sub-project lead capacity — mostly on-site

Requirements

  • Experience with workplace transformation and deployment projects, as well as client architectures
  • Experience in the role of Lead Architect, ideally including project and people management
  • Knowledge of M365 in cloud and hybrid scenarios
  • Experience with Windows 10 upgrades and integrating Office 365 or other cloud solutions into desktop environments
  • Additional expertise in Teams, SharePoint, or Exchange is a plus
  • Familiarity with SCCM, desktop management tools, device/desktop encryption solutions, security products, and packaging tools
  • Experience preparing and responding to RFP/RFI/RFT documents
  • Fluent German and English language skills (minimum C1)
