- previous experience with Microsoft & Office 365
- previous experience with Windows 10 (incl. WVD/VDI)
- previous experience with Intune/SCCM
- previous experience with Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS)
- previous experience with SharePoint, Teams, Skype for Business
- experience with Session initiation protocol, video conferencing systems
- experience with network assessment and troubleshooting
- experience with load balancing and virtualization
- experience with Microsoft/Office 365 Security - Azure ATP, DLP, AIP, Windows Defender ATP
- experience with Azure AD, Azure AD PIM
- experience with PowerShell and other scripting languages
