Key responsibilities & impact

Bring creative concepts to life across a variety of client and internal projects.
Design print and digital materials, support presentation development, and contribute to data visualization efforts—helping ensure that every deliverable is clear, engaging, and aligned with client goals.
Keep projects running smoothly by managing timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and supporting business development efforts through polished proposals and presentation materials.
Collaborate closely with teammates to refine ideas and continuously elevate the quality of our work.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least one (1) year of experience creating print graphic design deliverables in a professional setting
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and pre-press production
Experience creating print-ready materials and presentation graphics
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Experience with data visualization or designing charts and graphics from data, and exposure to nonprofit, fundraising, or marketing agency environments are a plus.
