About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the client services team by providing tactical and strategic leadership
- Work directly with the client to ensure goals and objectives are met
- Own the campaign process from inception to completion
- Serve as the primary contact between the client and client services team
- Ensure brand strategy is effectively communicated and understood by team members
- Develop relationships with and manage key opinion leaders
- Understand the client’s brand, therapeutic area, and objectives
- Bridge brand and creative strategy using independent judgment and discretion
- Manage day-to-day client service business to complete projects on time and within budget
- Anticipate client needs and make recommendations
- Handle multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines
- Lead and set an example for the client services team
- Work with multiple departments on project quality control
- Provide project updates across departments
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports
- Perform administrative tasks necessary to meet client deliverables
- Attend client project meetings and provide status updates
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent discipline required
- Pharma agency experience required
- Brand launch experience required
- 7+ years client services experience within a high volume advertising agency
- Self-motivated, professional, detail oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines
- Advanced PC experience with all MS Office Suite
