About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all aspects of assigned projects from a project management and financial perspective
- Ensure both external and internal stakeholders are kept informed and regularly updated on project progress
- Actively drive timelines and act as an internal information hub for the account
- Actively manage project finances to achieve Avalere Health KPIs
- Identify and generate opportunities with existing and new accounts
- Budget development and reconciliation
- Updating PM tools and running regular reports
- Reviewing project management processes and resolving issues
- Timeline/schedule development and updating
- Providing internal and external financial information
- Invoicing clients and tracking projects
- Traffic management and updating status sheets
- Driving internal and client status calls
- Mentoring and guiding best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a Medical Communications agency
- Experience working on both Publications & Medical Affairs accounts is highly preferred
