About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end brand strategy across key accounts, owning direction, quality of output, and overall impact
  • Define brand, go-to-market, and creative strategy
  • Lead client workshops, strategic discussions, presentations, and day-to-day engagement
  • Translate insights, research, audience needs, and business objectives into actionable plans, briefs, and recommendations
  • Ensure execution remains aligned to brand strategy, identifying gaps and course-correcting as needed
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Medical/Scientific, Media, Account, Engagement Strategy, Analytics, and other teams to bring strategy to life
  • Manage, mentor, and develop junior strategists, providing clear direction and feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, strategic planning, or related strategy roles, preferably within healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or a highly regulated industry
  • Proven ability to independently lead strategy across complex accounts
  • Experience developing brand positioning, messaging architecture, strategic foundations, go-to-market strategy, creative briefs, and campaign strategy
  • Experience applying audience and insight development, including market research, customer insights, segmentation, patient journeys, and behavioral drivers
  • Skilled storyteller, facilitator, and presenter with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives
