Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with all agency teams to establish effective project and staffing plans
Forecast upcoming work and allocate resources
Act as liaison/communications hub between agency team members and agency partners
Ensure proper forecasting for all projects on assigned accounts
Manage effective workflow of all projects on assigned accounts
Develop timelines and manage projects to remain on time and budget
Work with Creative Services Manager to manage creative resources
Communicate openly with all departments, providing status updates
Analyze and recommend process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions **REQUIRED**
5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency **(REQUIRED)**
Experience with timeline development and budget management required
Must be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills
Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
PC, MS Office Suite software experience required
