About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a large multi-faceted project/account/campaign or multiple projects at the same time
Manage a Project Manager and/or an Associate Project Manager and/or team of Project Managers
Collaborate with all agency teams to establish effective project and staffing plans
Forecast upcoming work and allocate resources
Work as liaison/communications hub between all Agency team members and agency partners
Ensure proper forecasting for all projects on assigned account(s)
Manage workflow of all projects on assigned accounts
Develop timelines and advise on estimates; manage projects to remain on time and budget; flag timing and budget concerns
Communicate openly with all departments, providing continuous status updates
Analyze and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in required
Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions REQUIRED
5+ years of project or account management experience within a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency (REQUIRED)
Experience with timeline development and budget management required
Must be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills
Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
PC, MS Office Suite software experience required
