Events

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of in-person and virtual events, from initial briefing through reconciliation
• Conduct venue research and negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with client hospitality and industry regulations
• Manage onsite or virtual meeting delivery, serving as the primary client and faculty contact, and resolving logistical or technical issues in real time
• Oversee event logistics including accommodation, catering, audio visual requirements, ground transfers, and offsite dinners
• Coordinate faculty and attendee communications, including invitations, itineraries, briefing materials, and thank-you correspondence
• Manage faculty arrangements such as travel bookings, honoraria, expenses, consultancy agreements, and fair market value (FMV) compliance
• Maintain strong financial control of events by preparing budgets, monitoring recoveries, reconciling costs, and reviewing invoices
• Ensure client compliance requirements are met, including due diligence, transparency reporting (e.g., Sunshine Act/EFPIA), and internal training on compliance
• Serve as the liaison with clients throughout the project lifecycle, including kick-off, status meetings, and debriefs
• Mentor and support colleagues by providing training, guidance, and feedback on event management best practices
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, faculty, suppliers, and internal teams
• Support proposal and pitch development by contributing on event solutions, costings, and logistical recommendations
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth project delivery, effective communication, and adherence to agreed timelines
