About the role
- Serve as trusted advisor and strategic partner to the President, Advisory
- Shape and execute the Advisory people agenda in alignment with global People strategy
- Act as a core member of the Advisory Leadership Team
- Partner with the Chief People Officer and People Leadership team to shape the People strategy
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and skill building
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent pipelines
- Champion DE&I
- Oversee performance management, reward, and recognition practices
- Partner with Finance and Operations to provide strategic insight on workforce trends
- Collaborate with Internal Communications
- Track and report on key People KPIs
- Stay ahead of external trends in workforce evolution, AI, and organizational development
- Lead a team of People Partners
Requirements
- Significant experience in senior People leadership roles within complex, global organizations, ideally professional services, consulting, and/or healthcare.
- Experience supporting Advisory capabilities, Consulting Services, Legal Firms, in the Health Space and/or Life Sciences is highly desired
- Proven success partnering with CEO/Presidents and business leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated track record in organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, and cultural transformation.
- Strong knowledge of global People practices, employment trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Executive presence, excellent communication, and the ability to influence at C-Suite.
