Manager

• Manage and execute submissions (patches, content, store pages) on first-party platforms (Sony, Microsoft, Steam, Epic Games Store, Nintendo).
• Provide expert advice on first-party platform compliance, best practices, and new opportunities.
• Develop, track, and maintain release plans/schedules in collaboration with game team leads and product owners.
• Act as the primary liaison between development teams and first-party partners, driving releases forward.
• Coordinate with multiple internal teams (Localization, User Research, Marketing, Dev) to ensure timely and quality releases.
• Serve as the main technical contact for first-party partners.
• Facilitate and coordinate feature approvals with first-party platforms when necessary.
• Handle age rating certification and submissions to Global Age Rating Boards.

• Drive continuous improvement across QA practices, workflows and collaboration models — and bring the rest of the studio along for the ride
• Champion quality ownership across disciplines, reducing dependency on late discovery and reactive firefighting
• Improve operational visibility into quality risks, verification pressure and release readiness through better metrics, telemetry and reporting
• Identify systemic bottlenecks and recurring failure patterns, and do something about them
• Evaluate and modernize QA tooling, test infrastructure and verification workflows
• Build strong collaboration between embedded QA, operational QA functions and QA Partners
• Support, mentor and grow the people in your team — setting clear expectations, fostering psychological safety and encouraging continuous learning
• Own people management responsibilities including performance, goal-setting, career development and hiring

• Identify performance bottlenecks, profile game content, and implement critical optimizations for memory and performance
• Drive shader development, migration, and improvement in close collaboration with our rendering programmers
• Maintain, support, and improve artist tooling and pipelines to streamline creative workflows
• Work autonomously within the team to translate milestone goals into actionable technical art tasks
• Proactively collaborate across disciplines, giving and receiving constructive feedback to level up the team’s output
