• You are responsible for end-to-end delivery, ensuring predictable project outcomes through effective tracking, risk mitigation, and problem-solving
• You understand pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and work systematically to improve efficiencies
• Assume accountability for overall team progress and timely delivery of milestones and other key deliverables.
• Ensure that needed ceremonies (such as stand-up, retros, progress reporting etc) are instituted and conducted.
• Be a champion for your team by removing blockers, optimizing the flow of communication, facilitating collaboration and nurturing a sense of shared ownership.
• Establish and continuously evolve workflows and pipelines.

• Responsible for defining and executing the Visual Style and Tone, and setting the visual quality bar that is perfect for a game’s unique needs.
• You will develop and lead the Art Team with clarity of vision, guiding them and providing constructive feedback across multiple different art specialisations.
• To carry forth the artistic vision of the game from prototyping into execution, launch, and beyond.
• While the visual quality of the game is your priority, your long term goal is to make an excellent game experience.
• Utilise your knowledge of gaming field trends, as well as gaming design requirements and limitations
