About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for customers and internal teams
  • Responsible for monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, managing incidents
  • Act as a key interface with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Support batch and real-time processing; troubleshoot failures and reprocess as needed
  • Investigate production issues and manage escalations
  • Validate processing results and ensure system stability
  • Perform FTP/file transfer support
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and processes
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve issues
  • Automate manual tasks where possible

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years in application/production support (Tier 1/2)
  • SQL and database knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems
  • Understanding of programming concepts (Java, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, SolarWinds, New Relic)
  • File transfer (FTP) experience
  • Basic cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Scripting/automation skills
