About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- drive delivery of strategic initiatives and enterprise improvement efforts
- partner with functional and senior leaders to translate defined priorities into executable plans
- improve visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes
- coordinate dependencies and sequencing across teams
- lead cross‑functional programs such as enterprise change initiatives, product launch readiness, pricing or intake governance
- run initiative‑level or portfolio‑level governance forums, status reviews, and working sessions
- develop and maintain execution metrics, dashboards, and status reporting
- provide concise, executive‑ready summaries highlighting progress and risks
- support change efforts through clear communication
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
- 8–10 years of experience in strategic operations, enterprise initiatives, consulting, or program leadership roles
- demonstrated success leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives
- strong planning, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment
- experience in technology‑enabled, product‑driven, or scaling organizations
- background supporting enterprise‑level initiatives, transformation programs, or portfolio execution
- strong partnership experience with Product, Engineering, Finance, or Commercial teams
- comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
