Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 8–10 years of experience in strategic operations, enterprise initiatives, consulting, or program leadership roles
  • demonstrated success leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives
  • strong planning, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment
  • experience in technology‑enabled, product‑driven, or scaling organizations
  • background supporting enterprise‑level initiatives, transformation programs, or portfolio execution
  • strong partnership experience with Product, Engineering, Finance, or Commercial teams
  • comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
