About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead enterprise cybersecurity and technology risk programs
- Develop and execute a multi-year cybersecurity strategy
- Set enterprise security vision, priorities, policies, standards, and accountability
- Ensure security is integrated into core technology capabilities
- Own enterprise security audit and assurance strategy
- Serve as principal cybersecurity advisor to CTO and executive leadership
- Establish a consistent security model across multiple cloud providers
- Lead significant cyber incident response and recovery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant executive cybersecurity leadership experience
- Cybersecurity leadership experience in healthcare
- Experience protecting PHI and other regulated healthcare data in a large-scale, cloud-based environment
- Direct executive accountability for major healthcare security audits and certifications
- Personal leadership of multiple HITRUST assessment or certification cycles
- Experience leading complex healthcare customer security audits and assessments
- Experience establishing continuous audit readiness and automating control monitoring
- Strong knowledge of cloud security and data protection
